Shipping Policy

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service USPS First Class Mail and subject to the following fee schedule:

Return Policy

At Jovium our commitment to quality and service is 100% absolute. For the first 30 days of your purchase you may return unopened merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. All returns must meet our guidelines.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount (less shipping and handling) of the item purchased . Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Please read all guidelines below. If guidelines are not met, Jovium reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 20%.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

You can return any unused and unopened items in the original factory-sealed container. In order to return an item, just mail it back to us, including a copy the original invoice, your personal contact information and a reason for the return. Place it in a secure package and mail to:

Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we suggest you pack your items carefully and send your returned items insured, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Please allow up to 8 business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.

Damaged & Incorrect Items: At Jovium we do our best to package your products so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers. Simply return it following the instructions above.
